Tip not fit customer's valve perfectly .
1>At 20161124 customer received the 1000pcs tips ,but feedback small parts tips can not fit with their valves perfectly .

2>After getting the feedback from customer , we checked and tested the tips again and again .
Finally we find the main problem is that the spring inside the outer shell is not recovered smoothly ,when pressed and fit to the valve .
So we re-produce three types of spring for testing to find the best one .
What's more , in the same time , the mould of the outer shell (spring inside) had been improved on the size , so the spring can fit the outer shell perfectly .
3>By 20161222 ,customer received the second improved samples and confirmed the test is good.

4>After getting the good news that the second lot sample works perfectly .
We re-produced all the 1000pcs tips immediately and shipped out the goods by 6th,Jan,2017
